“Spazio Style” is a trading name used by the following legal entities:

• Spazio Interiors Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom
• Spazio Italiano for Trading WLL, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the term “Spazio Style” refers to the relevant legal entity issuing the quotation, invoice, or supplying the goods.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, sales, deliveries, and services provided by Spazio Style.

By placing an order with Spazio Style, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Spazio Style reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Spazio Style primarily supplies interior designers, architects, developers, and trade professionals.

Spazio Style reserves the right to approve or decline trade account applications or orders at its sole discretion.

All photographs, images, videos, samples, and descriptions displayed on the website, catalogues, social media, or marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Variations may occur due to:
• lighting conditions
• screen calibration
• printing processes
• manufacturing techniques

Such variations are considered normal within the textile and wallcovering industry and do not constitute defects.

Customers are strongly encouraged to request physical samples before placing an order.

All materials published by Spazio Style, including but not limited to:

• photographs
• videos
• product images
• catalogues
• designs
• text and written content
• branding and logos

are the exclusive property of Spazio Style or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent from Spazio Style.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

All quotations issued by Spazio Style are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change without notice due to:

• supplier price adjustments
• currency fluctuations
• freight costs
• import duties or taxes

Orders are confirmed only upon issuance of an official invoice.

The invoice issued by Spazio Style constitutes the official order acknowledgment and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for verifying all details including:

• product references
• quantities
• colours
• cut lengths
• specifications

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified if the goods have been cut, processed, or ordered from the supplier.

Samples are provided for reference purposes only.

Variations between samples and final products may occur due to:

• dye lots
• manufacturing methods
• natural materials
• printing variations

If a requested sample is temporarily unavailable, it will be dispatched once stock becomes available.

Spazio Style does not guarantee that samples will match future production batches.

Customers are solely responsible for determining the correct quantity of materials required for their projects.

This includes allowances for:

• pattern repeats
• installation waste
• fabric direction
• cutting allowances

Any quantity suggestions provided by Spazio Style are for guidance only.

Spazio Style shall not be liable for shortages resulting from incorrect quantity calculations.

All pattern repeats listed in samples, catalogues, or documentation are approximate.

Spazio Style cuts fabric strictly according to the ordered yardage and does not automatically include additional allowances for pattern repeats.

Customers are advised to order additional material where pattern matching is required.

Variations between dye lots may occur.

If an exact dye lot match is required, the customer must:

• submit a sample with the order, or
• request a Cutting for Approval (CFA) from current stock.

Returns based on dye lot variation will not be accepted unless a sample was submitted or a CFA approved.

Many products supplied by Spazio Style are manufactured using natural materials.

Variations in colour, texture, shading, or fibre structure are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.

Hand-loomed fabrics may exhibit variations in pattern alignment, repeat size, colour, and texture.

Side matching of patterns such as ikats, stripes, checks, plaids, and ribbed designs may not align perfectly.

Measurements for pattern repeats are approximate.

A Cutting for Approval (CFA) is strongly recommended prior to ordering.

Silk fabrics are delicate natural materials.

Spazio Style does not guarantee silk fabrics against:

• fading
• colourfastness
• exact colour matching
• long-term durability

Customers are advised to request a cutting from current stock before ordering.

Customers must specify required cut lengths when placing orders.

Spazio Style may supply orders in more than one piece if necessary.

Continuous lengths cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.

Material reservations may be held for ten (10) working days for trade customers.

Spazio Style is not obligated to notify customers when a reservation expires.

Delivery times provided by Spazio Style are estimates only.

Lead times may be affected by:

• supplier production schedules
• shipping delays
• customs clearance
• global supply chain disruptions

Spazio Style shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods.

Customers may specify their preferred shipping carrier.

If no instructions are provided, Spazio Style will ship using the most economical available method.

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

All materials must be inspected before cutting, fabrication, or installation.

Once materials have been cut, processed, or installed, they are considered accepted by the customer.

Claims will not be accepted after installation.

Products supplied by Spazio Style must be installed by qualified professionals.

Spazio Style shall not be responsible for installation issues caused by:

• improper wall preparation
• excessive adhesive
• unneutralized plaster
• installation over existing wallpaper
• incorrect installation techniques

Spazio Style shall not be responsible for labour or installation costs.

Customers wishing to return merchandise must notify Spazio Style within 15 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted via email to:

info@spaziostyle.com

Requests must include:

• invoice number
• product reference
• quantity
• reason for return

Returned merchandise must be:

• unused
• uncut
• in original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

• fabrics under 8 meters
• wallpaper under 1 full roll
• cut materials
• processed or treated materials
• custom or special orders

Wallpaper must be returned in full-length bolts only.

Spazio Style does not issue monetary refunds.

Approved returns will receive a credit note valid for 12 months.

Handling charges may apply.

Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and return costs will be deducted from the credit.

Spazio Style will replace defective merchandise prior to installation.

Spazio Style shall not be responsible for:

• labour costs
• installation costs
• contractor expenses
• project delays

Spazio Style’s liability is limited strictly to replacement or credit of defective goods.

Spazio Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including:

• labour costs
• installation expenses
• loss of business
• project delays
